A bathroom provides additional comfort. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a small additional room, which is a wonderful retreat for reading, meditating, or relaxing.

The holiday home also offers numerous outdoor opportunities for relaxation. The private terrace with a barbecue is perfect for spending convivial evenings, while another terrace invites you to relax amidst nature. In the garden, which is shared with another house, you'll find a jacuzzi, a small pool, and a trampoline. Private parking is available directly at the house, and there's a reserved free parking space for guests who want to drive to the seaside in Novi Vinodolski.

Pets are also welcome and are allowed for a small daily fee of €7. Whether for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a small group of friends, this holiday home combines comfort, nature, and relaxation in a dream setting.
