In the tranquil district of Crikvenica, you'll find this Mediterranean stone house boasting a swimming pool, sea view, barbecue, private parking, and many other details ensuring an unforgettable vacation in the Kvarner Bay.

Renovated in 2023 in Mediterranean style, the friendly landlord family spared no effort to ensure guests' satisfaction. The house comprises an interior divided into the ground floor, an intermediate floor, and the first floor, along with a spacious outdoor area.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.

An internal staircase leads to the intermediate floor, featuring a bathroom, a storage room for luggage or similar items, and a washer with a dryer.

Continuing up the staircase, you'll reach the first floor, where three separate bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The third bedroom (children's room) is a pass-through room. A third, large air conditioning unit cools the entire ground floor of the house from the hallway, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the house. The attic is not used as living space.

In the outdoor area, there are two terraces available. The first terrace faces the sea and offers not only a unique sea view but also a seating area, a gas grill, and a parasol. Adjacent to the terrace, a Mediterranean garden has been planted, providing a delightful atmosphere. Behind the house, there's another terrace with with a pavilion, 6 sun loungers, another seating area, outdoor solar shower and the highlight, a 24 m² swimming pool equipped with pool heating. The property is completely fenced. There are four free parking spaces available in the private parking lot.

Pets are allowed at no additional charge.

During the stay, guests can rely on the assistance of the very kind, German and English-speaking landlady for any questions about the house.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for this house is 4 adults and 2 children.

A city bus operates multiple times daily to the town center and beaches during the summer season.
