Modern Stone House Maris is a beautiful, modernly furnished stone house situated in a peaceful location in Tribalj, only about 700 metres from the lake. The accommodation is ideal for families or friends who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in a private atmosphere while also enjoying various activities. Walks by the lake, cycling tours, trips into nature or a day at the seaside – everything is easily and quickly accessible.

The sea and the beautiful beaches of the Crikvenica Riviera can be reached in only about ten minutes by car. This allows you to enjoy the perfect combination of peace, nature and proximity to the coast.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people and features 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides everything required for a pleasant stay, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, wine glasses, cookware and a dining table.

A special advantage is the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Here you can spend relaxing moments, enjoy meals together or end the day unwinding in the whirlpool. A sauna is also available for additional relaxation. The terrace is also equipped with 2 sun loungers.

On the ground floor, there is a traditional konoba with a kitchen, a large dining table and a toilet, ideal for pleasant evenings with family and friends. The outdoor area features garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue area in the rear courtyard.

Wi-Fi, a television and a table tennis table are available for entertainment. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a hairdryer, bed linen, clothes hangers, an iron and a drying rack.
